Great news in Phnom Penh as the very popular TOOLBOX bar has reopened. It has relocated down the street from the original site and it is a very nice looking bar. Apparently it was a very posh whiskey and cigar bar before. There is no big stage like the old bar had so no big dance numbers like before but they will have coyote boys dancing throughout the night. Another very nice feature is a beautiful VIP room on the second floor where private KTV parties with the boys can be enjoyed.
The best part is they already have nine cute boys working there and I was told three more will be starting soon, including a few from the old TOOLBOX.
It is a great addition to the gay scene in Phnom Penh.
