Not been to Thailand for about 3 years - Does anyone know if Mosiak Apartments side of Tukcom in South pattaya are still open, or worth staying in?

Yes Mosaik is open. I stayed there last March for one month in a studio which was good. Rent was 9000 Baht including everything but about twice that now.

Open and worth staying in. My last two trips to Pattaya they were booked out and I stayed in Boutique Bravo Hotel (nearby, similar price and standard).
