Arrived back in Bk on EVA tonight and the only delay was 30min. late takeoff/arrival.
Hand baggage is restricted to one piece only and that is strictly enforced within the new size restrictions.
No liquids permitted unless purchased air-side with the exception of medication which must be authenticated by documentation. Security checks are thorough but fairly quick and not intrusive.
Laptops now permitted but these are included in the one piece hand baggage allowance. electrical items that were banned are now permitted again.
LHR T3 is generally back to normal with the exception of the budget airlines who appeared to still be experiencing delays.
Aircraft about 2/3rds full in the Elite/Economy section but only 15 of the 40+ seats taken in Premium.
