The CCSA is apparently ready to make the decision everyone's been waiting for at a meeting tomorrow.

Reopening the gogo bars in Pattaya will be like breathing life into a sleeping giant.

Cases have been around 25k/day for a good while now, but nobody including governments seem to care anymore, so who knows.

Laos is supposed to start phase II of its re-opening on Apr 1st, but cases have surged there again and no announcement from the govt as to what phase II even is, so who knows there too.
