Can tell me the cost of driving lessons in Thailand and the average cost of a course plus tests fees? In Isaan.

The link below gives you just about all the information you'll need.

One cost estimate mentioned in the link is 3,600 baht for 20 lessons.

Assuming you're interested in this for someone you know in Isaan, my guess is that he or she already knows where driving lessons are provided in their neck-of-the-woods. Lessons are cheap in Thailand...but most learn by the seat-of-their-pants when they're around 12 years old.

The problem with most of these courses is that the students are almost always sober when they're learning - and lack real-life skills needed to navigate the roads in Thailand when they're drunk.

Good luck.

3000 to 5000 baht depending on the driving school, the location, whether they supply the vehicle, etc. In any case the cost should not exceed 5000 baht.

Before you send any money you should ask to see whatever paperwork he has regarding a school etc. unfortunately you’ll never be sure where the money went till if and when he produces a license. In Thailand there is a separate license for a motorbike and a separate license for a car/truck both of which have a photo. Good luck!
