I believe Thailand reviews the classification of countries twice a month.

Therefore, anyone who is traveling from a country at risk of reclassification might consider booking and traveling in the 2 week period between the reviews, so they are not at risk of being caught out by a classification change.

However, I imagine most members are planning to wait a few months. By the time I travel to Thailand in the winter, the classifications may well have changed a couple of times, so the status this month doesn't matter much.
