PM hints at general reopening in October

The prime minister recently said in a speech on national television that he aims to reopen the country within 120 days (in October). He hopes to see fully vaccinated tourists able to arrive in Thailand without quarantine.

Fully vaccinated people in Britain could be allowed to return from amber list countries without quarantining, The Daily Telegraph reported on Wednesday.

Amber list countries include Thailand.
