Biden rebuffs pretensions of “entitled” expats to surplus vaccine

In a total rebuff to the pretensions of "entitled" US citizens living abroad, the US has announced the list of countries that will receive surplus vaccines. In our region approximately seven million doses will be distributed to Asian-Pacific countries such as India, Nepal, Indonesia, Thailand and Papua New Guinea. Both India and Indonesia have populations multiples of Thailand’s: roughly 10 times for India and 4 times for Indonesia.
