After 6 months of third phase of trials (emergency use) Moderna just lowered expected efficacy of their COVID vaccine. It officially has no 100% protection against severe illness anymore. Now it is "more than 95%".
Protection against any illness is also lowered from 95,4% to "more than 90%".

Yes, they declared 100% efficacy against severe illness.... something like "you may catch COVID, but you will be sick only in mild". Gamaleya with Sputnik still declares these 100%.
