TONY'S Gym owner is opening a big Shopping and Beer bar Night Club Complex next to BONDI .

That should help BONDI and Monty who is doing amazingly well but isn't in the best of health..he may have to sell up if he doesn't get better soon which would be a shame as he seems to be able to perform miracles...still-this would mean a great opportunity for some enterprising soul to get in early while prices are still reasonable.

When Ocean 1 Tower goes up and salubrious people like moi and Elton John are swanning about the place expect a influx of glamorous fags anxious to bask in our limelight. You won't be able to move in Jomtien Plaza..maybe even Niddy's Nook will move there :bounce:
