Luckily Balcony Pub is also a restaurant so you can eat and have a fruity drink still.


Dear Balcony Member,


I bet you didn’t think you’d be hearing from us so soon after sending our Newsletter on the 1st of the month. We have been stopped by Covit19, the government and the police from selling alcoholic drinks from Now until 18th January but we can stay open as a restaurant only.

So come down to Soi 4 and visit The Balcony for a healthy Fruit Juice or other soft drink and have a decent meal and a chat with our staff.

Other restrictions are the closure of the Karaoke Room and the Pool Table is unavailable until this episode is over.

One thing on our list of promotions for January remains extant ... the 30% discount on all our food from opening until 10.00pm remains in force.

The Balcony Quiz on Monday 4th January, The Member’s Free Dinner on Wednesday 6th January and The Pasta Night on 13th January are all postponed and will be rescheduled as soon as we reopen as a bar again. Hang in there ...

I foolishly thought we were over the worst of the whole Covid-19 nightmare, and now it seems things have changed back to when it first got a foothold. I hope things do not get worse with countries competing for the vaccines, the way they were for PPE/Ventilators. At least Trump is out, thats something positive.

At least Trump is out, thats something positive.Right from the beginning we were told that viruses mutate in order to survive, becoming less virulent over time. Anyone who didn’t anticipate this has not been paying attention.

Not at al. These are ILegal anyway in the whole of TH so a proper govt. institution cannot mention them, as they dont exist!
