An inmate in a Bangkok prison has been found to be positive for the virus. There is no info on when he was sent to prison but the Bangkok Post reports he lived with five family members and had recently worked as a DJ at pubs on Rama 3 and Rama 5 roads. He also worked at a coffee shop of Khao San Road.

The authorities say they are confident they can keep this under control. Could this be the start of a second wave similar to the one in Danang?

Ouch, in prison? That's going to probably wreak havoc, at least among the prison population, then guards who go home to their families, etc.

When will it be announced that the second test will be negative?

He was arrested on a drug charge, taken to prison, tested and isolated hopefully before infecting others. That's the story; believe it or not.
