One of the lads who works there tells me that Freshboys will be opening in 'about two days'. I don't know if the other bars on Patpong Soi 2 will also be opening soon. I'm in Manchester, uk, so no chance of getting there soon, sadly.

when I walked through Patpong 2 late Wednesday evening all the boy go-go bars had their neon signs lit up and lots of very enthusiastic touts around but a dearth of customers - Dream Boys Paradiso had their door open revealing an empty bar, the big Dream Boys bar had a few guys in their shorts and face masks outside but I didn't check inside or any of the upstairs bars. Bangkok Massage and Screwboys karaoke where closed as were most of the girly host bars and go-gos in Patpong 1 and 2

I'm told Screwboys bar, underneath Freshboys, opens 15 July. I presume there are virtually no customers about? Is anyone on the ground there to report?
