Pattaya Music & Dance Festival

I'll be in LOS for a couple of weeks during March, but have yet to plan an itinerary once I get there. I see that the Pattaya Music & Dance festival is taking place from 17th-19th. I'd appreciate opinions as to whether this is a reason to be in Pattaya at that time, or to stay away.

Yes come and be amazed at the fun and games going on with 400,000 visitors but be in town not driving. Great music of 4 types on 4 stages great fun for sure!

I went to this festival last year (if it is the same one) and it was crowded beyond belief and nowhere to sit. I was squashed...(sometimes happily~depending on the squasher) and finally had to escape the mob by hanging onto the shoulder of a lady who was also leaving.

It was fun, but for me too many people.
