I have always been a staunch advocate of this hotel and have reccomended it unreservedly to many people.
I spoken today with a friend who is staying there at the moment and the hotel has not been able to supply any hot water for 6 days. Problems with the water heater are apparently the cause and the only suggestion that the hotel management can offer is a free voucher to visit the Clark Hatch Fitness Centre where guests can take a hot shower.
With the best will in the world guests will soon start looking for an alternative hotel on future visits if the managements' attitude continues.
