This is the time of year I am usually in TH but I can't remember seeing any celebrations there.

Eros have been known to have a St Patricks day party on the 17th March - ha mind you they've also been known to have on in July simply to get a second turn out of the green tee shirts with shamrocks that the boss had obviously supplied ! So maybe worth a look there.....

Yes, they were closed but the parade went on and bars reopened at 6:00 pm.
