Last year there was a Venezuelan restaurant that had recently opened. It was up the street from Tinnie's going away from the beach. What I had was pretty good. Did it survive? Friendly owner whose English was fortunately much better than my Spanish.

i also went in, when i was there in june. He was from caracas, but lived in london where he said he had another outlet. Told me he was married to a thia girl.
Ive been to Venezuela and sampled many south american dishes.. I tryed his Arepas, sorry eat half of them and left the rest, was nothing like the real thing.
so i will be very surprised if he is still there, also due to the fact that most of you have no idea what is venezuelan food actually is.
shame, because i was hoping to enjoy it and return and for him to be sucsesful,
then again i might be wrong

I understand that the restaurant only lasted for a few months, and is long closed now.
