Did anyone else go “vegan” for January? Thank god it’s over - beer, fags and chips 24/7 is a killer (literally). Now it’s on to Chinese New Year and the Year of the Pig. My motto is “eat more bacon”

Actually - a good question - DID anyone else try it and if so what was your view at the end of it perhaps ?

I read an article the other day of a guy and girl who had both tried it and it didn't end well for them, felt like crap at the end of it, guts in pieces, farting like steam ships, spots on their faces, less energy not more etc etc - and they were intentionally trying it "properly" and taking advice from established Vegans etc not just playing at it - so, DID anyone else have a go or maybe are a few board members Vegan and have a different view or maybe think they just didn't give it long enough etc perhaps ??
