Sky Gallery, Pattaya

This place is worth a visit. It sits on the cliff tops between Pattaya and Jomtien. Accessible by Baht bus (off route so you have to ask the fare) or motor bike or motor bike taxi.
Beautiful view across to Ko Larn and the other islands. Excellent place for lunch or drinks and a sunset view if you like that sort of thing.There is a footpath down to the beach.
Gets busier towards sunset obviously.
