I am still able to get the board without a proxy and have done so several times today! It aseems that some routes get blocked but others stay open. Can it be anything to do with one's Browser? Firefox seems to get access readily.

One way to avoid the blocks is, if you have an foreign ISP and you sign onto that ISP's home page as you would back home then you can access this board by typing the URL into the ISP's address bar rather than going through IE alone.

It works with AOL, Freeserve, Blueyonder, NTL, Telco and most others.
