Any recommendations on a good gay karaoke place in Pattaya?

DS. Royal House massage (near Tukom) turns into a Karaoke bar after midnight and so does X-Boys in Boyztown. I have read elsewhere that the recently opened Kawai Boys, also in Boyztown is also going to follow the same business model.
