I was caught in the rain last september in Phuket and later in Koh Samui. Now have web feet.
They told me it was not seasonal. But it was almost flood level both places.
Pattaya was sunny and cool by their standards, at the same time.
Several local expats in Pattaya, said they were going to Chiang Mai for the cool season in oct/nov
As these seasons are the opposite to where I live, can I ask if these generalisations are accurate?
Also where does the rainy season start and when, and where does it progress to, and when
