On this Bastille Day I'm paying tribute to Les Horizontales - in this case the boys rather than the girls (but I'm not sure if Les Horizontals is such a thing - perhaps francois can enlighten us). The French boy whom I regard as a consummate professional stuck his tongue in my mouth the moment I first walked through the door of his apartment, and it was upwards and onwards thereafter. Fortunately he enjoyed Asian guys as much as I do, and many a happy time was enjoyed by three of us

cheese eating surrender monkey day??As I recall Latin claims to be a food quality auditor who ran up the white flag when challenged about his sexual exploits so the phrase “cheese eating surrender monkey” could be applied to him

Have we ever established Latin's nationality?

He is happy to grub around in the "Rule Britannia" sewer with Arsepiece but I have the feeling that's just a convenience for him.

Anyhoo - disappointed that Francois, on his national day, didn't put an appearance in on this thread.

Maybe he's an aristocrat and doesn't approve of Bastille Day? I think we should be told.

I recall Latin telling us years ago that he was from a Latin country in Europe.

As for why francois hasn't appeared "on his national day," perhaps it isn't.

Are you suggesting he isn't French - or that Bastille Day (celebrating an event which is generally accepted to mark the start of the French Revolution) is not regarded as a "National day"?

I'm just suggesting that simply because he speaks French - to what degree, I don't know - doesn't necessarily mean he's French.

I speak French but I'm not French.

But I thought you had met him?

No?

Not that I know of, although apparently, he's seen me in Pattaya.

He's probably fortifying himself with Vin Rouge, Gauloises, and croissants in readiness for tonight's shindig.

Oh, oh, I just got around to reading this post; better late than never.
Here is an oldie from 1907, a favorite of Smiles, which I posted many years ago.

Amusez-vous bien, gentlemen.
