A friend who is ex military, asked me to find out if the Thais have any military/ ceremonial parades, that he could visit in november and early december .

I have never visited official functions as a spectator and am unsure where to look.

The photos of a Thai officer in ceremonial uniform, in https://sawatdeenetwork.com/v4/showthread.php?18684-Asian-guys-Random-pictures-of-the-day/page48
pictures 473, reminded me I had not asked for help so far .

I got into this after commenting about the dragon boat races I thought were part of the "birthday?" celebrations in november. There may be other functions planned.

Any info would be appreciated

ps I tried to post 2 pics without success but the link is there .

As he's ex-military why doesn't he contact the military attache at the Australian Embassy - austembassy.bangkok@dfat.gov.au or even better info@ausdefbkk.com

I'd have thought the Embassy would have far more specific information than a bunch of old sodomites, no matter the attraction of a man in uniform to them - http://thailand.embassy.gov.au/bkok/Defence_Contact_Details.html

No we thought we would go to the queen of all sodomites and ask you

You seem that way inclined
nothing seems to much for you to put shit on. this seems to be perfect to display your bias and contempt for all others

What about the coronation??

Thanks for that . I do not know if the coronation date in nov/dec 2018 which I asked for.
I certainly would like info even if only to see on TV myself

I did get a link to the Trooping the Color on Dec 2
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Thai_Royal_Guards_parade
That looks like it could be what I asked to request.

Any further info would be appreciated.

Thanks to Smiles going off the planet in his reply. Once in 65 years!!!

With me. I don't recall it either. Remind us when it was. October last year was the funeral I did tell you ... silly twat. October last year. The 26th. It was a Thursday, the same Thursday that I got a haircut. Also the date of one of my memorable sex headachs.
May I dig deeper?

May I dig deeper? Please do, but are you sure you haven't confused coronation with cremation? http://englishnews.thaipbs.or.th/live-royal-cremation-ceremony-26-october-2017/

The coronation has not been held
http://www.nationmultimedia.com/detail/national/30335737
It is likely to be held in the Royal Palace, by Brahrams when the palace advises.
King Vajiralongkorn’s formal coronation is expected to take place later this year following a year of mourning and the late king’s funeral.

Maybe Frequent who sits by the newscasts rigidly waiting for something to happen ,could find out.

Oops ... you are correct Frequency, the cremation, not the coronation, was indeed at October.
Wombats friend may still have time to have an orgasm while watching a military parade.

PS Frequency was right, I was wrong, but he is still a twat.

We can look forward to many military parades (in battle-dress) when the wrong party wins the election. Again. Assuming, of course, that the election is held.

Smiles, I do think you better have a doctor exam your headaches; perhaps early sign of dementia ? And the misspellings of frequent's name!

As the Doctors said to me when I had my memory tested - dementia is not forgetting where you put your keys, it’s finding you have your keys in your hand but not knowing what keys are for.

Their verdict on me was that I was just a scatterbrained old queen - but they used nicer language

As long as the Junta has promised elections just after the coronation has taken place I presume this coronation will be delayed for a long time

And I would remind the moderators that Frequent has a history of jeopardizing the board with his LM posts so perhaps put the child lock on him. Apposite indeed.
