Cannot connect to You Tube anymore

For a while now, I've been unable to connect to YouTube -- getting the message "your connection is not private".
This is on Firefox, Chrome, Explorer -- all of them.
I've tried all of the solutions mister Google suggests but to no avail.
My P.C. is on Win 10 PRO (legal) 64 bit.
Strangely enough, connected via the same ISP, my Win7 notebook and Android phone work fine.
Anyone else having this problem?

Thanks so much paborn.
It did not directly cure the problem but from it I noticed that several times amongst it's suggestions CHROME was mentioned.
But I was getting no YouTube on all browsers.
I deeply uninstalled Chrome via i Obit uninstaller and then Firefox etc. all worked on YouTube.
I reinstalled Chrome and it works there too now.
Thanks again for setting me on the right path.
