PLEASE ... No inane, useless, and childish commentary if you wouldn't mind.

Do you get these? I get them every so often. They are quite annoying and when they do happen they are quite intense for a few minutes after finishing. These headaches are rather like a very bad ice cream headache ... in about the same place (I.e. the forehead).
My sex headaches do not happen everytime. I can go for months on end without experiencing one.
Suphot gets them once in awhile as well, which makes me think they are rather universal, with few people bothering to look into possibly related medical issues. I am 70, and he is 49 and I cannot recall getting headaches when I was, let's say, in my 40's, and he was in early 30's. Related to older age?

Given that an orgasm relates first of all to a rush of blood to the penis to build an erection, and the stimulation of the nerves in the penis, I'm not surprised there's a connection to the brain. The body doesn't manufacture extra blood so where one part gains from the blood supply, other parts lose out, temporarily. I too have occasionally experienced this phenomenon but I certainly do not intend to have it investigated.

If I am destined to die mid-orgasm then I'd say that's a pretty good way to check-out

It might be a stroke that leaves you incapacitated, and given that the pain is in the head rather than the heart that is the likelier outcome

Drivel...headaches are not synonymous with a stoke. From my Cardiologist.

MY cardiologist once told me that if I get a headache as part of a stroke I would be too far gone to worry about it.

When I read this my first thought was a blood pressure issue. Pay attention to the bottom (no pun intended) reading. Over 95 beware. Over 100, time for pills?

Both numbers are important. The maximum can depend on your cardiology history. For some,a diastolic pressure over 90 is too high.

I used to get a headache during sexing when living with my ex girlfriend - it mainly started with "when are you going to paint that bloody ceiling like you promised" and just increased and progressed from there .....thankfully I found a cure - dumping the moany bitch and replacing her with COCK ! :)

I already take 8mg blood pressure pills daily and headaches are rare - except at the moment when a shower fixture fell on my head a few days ago, and I've had a persistent headache ever since

118/75 (in that neighborhood) is normal for me, and has been for years.
Perhaps it spikes up during an orgasm, but I've never rushed to my little portable blood pressure gadget immediately after the deed. The dearest would class me as ting tong.
I might test that out while home alone.

Ah, well, the diagnosis is clear then: you have water on the brain. A 'tap' on the head should fix it!!
