Hi guys,

Have not been to LOS for a few years, so I am wondering how much for 4 tablets (100mg) of Sidegra?

The area on RAMA 4 between Silom Road and Surawong Road is still the best place to buy?

Cheers!!

As I recall about 200 TB/4 pack. Could be wrong on that. A much cheaper version in gel form costs about 20 TB/gel pack or less if purchased in larger quantities such as 200 packs. This is the price not in a pharmacy. But best to try one pack just to be sure it is the real stuff.

But TIT, there is no fixed price in pharmacy, so you can be asked anything, up to 300 !

no, sildenafil is active ingredient in both... just different manufacturers

in Moscow such drugs (with sildenafil) cost from $9 per 20 pills (100mg)

AFAIK the RRP (recommended retail price, if such thing exists in Thailand) is 180 THB for 4 x 100 mg. But in a pharmacy in Sri Bam Pen I paid 450 THB!

Christian, I wouldn’t have expected someone of your youthful years to be suffering from erectile dysfunction!

I'm about to try the new one that's completely over the top: Niagara. On the tube it offers a warning...You're going to require more than a few kleenex!!

And you need to be careful with that Kamagra gel - if you don't swallow it fast enough you end up with a stiff neck

4 tablets cost 200 bahts. I cut them in half, works good.

The gel is good too, have several flavours, strawberry, and banana and other flavours. I am really sure, but maybe to put some gel on private parts, and lick it off. Very tasty!

They have 50mg and 100 mg tablets, so which are you quoting prices for ?

If memory serves me right, the Thai government licensed the Thai manufacture of SIDEGRA to be sold at a fixed price of 180 Baht for 4 (100 mG.) so that Thai people don't have to pay extortionate prices for the same thing (Viagra etc.).
They should be that price in all pharmacies --- if not they are cheating.

All the ones I have seen are 100 mg.

If the price is controlled and fixed by the GPO (Government Pharmaceutical Organisation, Thailand), then it should be printed on the packaging. Is it?

It could be that the suggested (and presumably much lower) pricing is only for government clinics and hospitals (or even private hospitals) where it is issued as directed by a physician and the supply is being monitored and controlled.

Here's your first sight of the 50mg variety (thanks to google images).
I would think anyone who only just needs the assistance might be better off starting with the 50mg & leaving the 100mg variety until the 50mg doesn't perform.

I would think that anyone who needs 'assistance' and has never used these sex-enhancing drugs before should consult his doctor for advice.

And whatever you do dont be using same along with or during an evening if and when you might decide to use poppers as the rapid drop in blood pressure caused by same can be fatal apparently.

That's a safe option.

However, in a world where some people try all sorts of recreational drugs, any male with no blood pressure concerns or other issues taking unprescribed ED drugs is hardly being irresponsible.
In fact, following a safety assessment, the UK authorities announced Viagra will soon be available over the counter without prescription. So they no longer think you need to consult a doctor.

And, back on topic, there are 2 sizes of Sidegra, so it's best if any cost discussion mentions if it's for 50 or 100mg packs.

I'm not a doctor but I know enough that I should take responsibility for my own health. What other people choose to do to their own bodies and what pre-existing conditions they may or may not have do not absolve me from taking precautions over my own health and well-being. If I fall sick because I irresponsibly took ED drugs without prescription, I can't very well say "It's their fault!" can I? Besides, what good would it do me.

Moreover, suggesting that the dosage be increased to 100 mg when the 50 mg doesn't work is really playing with fire, IMHO. There may be other underlying conditions as to why the lower dosage isn't working which need to be investigated.

It assumes you haven’t any other underlying problems. A lot of people have.

I went to my UK GP (doctor) and told him I had suspected ED. He prescribed 50 mg but told me most people need 100 mg. I was told to return after I had used the 50 mg tablets. Without batting an eyelid he changed the prescription to 100 mg.

During the consultation we discussed my heart attack, the stent that had been fitted, and the blood pressure medications I was on. Also my diabetes. He was still happy to prescribe Viagra. He did mention to keep off poppers.

So the answer Is to take professional medical advice.

Incidentally they are free in the UK in certain circumstances, so I save them up to use in Thailand! Get 4 per month, which does me for my 3 or 4month visits.

Well-said about taking professional advice, gerefan2. I wish you good health and that you continue to have lots of fun in Thailand for many more years to come.

How can you not love a country that subsidises OAPs sex holidays.

They're have been certain serious vision problems - including total loss of vision in some cases - associated with the use of Viagra and similar drugs.

Wouldn't it be wise to also consult an ophthalmologist?

I recall reading about the loss of vision issue in the small print on the leaflet supplied with Viagra.
It may not be included with Sidegra.
It explained that instant total loss of vision is possible but rare.
If it occurs rapid treatment is necessary.
Re buying Sidegra in Pattaya; Fascino on Pattaya Thai opposite the Temple car park will sell at a rate of B220 per box of 4 but you must buy 5 boxes.
I did that but I was buying for friends also- I'm not having THAT good a time!
