View Full Version : Do you sleep together afterwards?

I have to confess I throw them out of bed afterwards. It helps that my preferred time for sexual recreation is before cocktails but there is the odd occasion where there's some pleasure before sleep time if I've gone to a bar and let my loins cloud my judgement. However I value my sleep and am loath to share my king size bed with anyone. So I was particularly taken with this story in The Telegraph (http://www.telegraph.co.uk/men/relationships/could-three-marital-bedrooms-secret-happy-marriage/), although I think having a room just for nooky is taking it a bit far - except perhaps for those who have slings and so forth

I have heard of people who rent a extra (basic) hotel room just for sex activities.

Not only do they find it separates the sex from the rest of their holiday and protects their privacy, but they have no worries about anything being stolen as there's nothing kept in the sex room apart from the essential supplies of lube, condoms, whips and chains, gimp suits and chloroform

I used to do overnights. But since I started having problems sleeping, and can get up at 2 or 4 in the morning, I prefer to sleep alone. I guess if I was into early morning sex (last thing on my mind) I might. But no, sleep alone, and let him go spend his 500Bt with his friends.

Sleeping together is preferable. Ideally the sleep is like the half time break in a football match, with more to come afterwards.

Or more realistically, a sleepover beats him glancing at the watch & rushing so he can fit in another punter the same evening.

I'm trying to get used to sleeping with him, because he keeps bitching about it, saying he sleeps much better with me there. Gotta admit though, I much prefer sleeping alone though.

I can crank the A/C down to 18C, I can flip around in bed without worry of waking him up, don't have to worry whether or not I snore, etc.

I like to fart in bed, rather copiously and thunderously in the mornings, and, well, it's just not good manners to do so if there's another person in the bed. Trying to let the fart out gently and silently requires more concentration than I care to apply. As for the prospect of more nooky in the morning, oh my good gawd, I'd need to put a paper bag over my head first to spare my partner the horrible sight.

I like to fart in bed...

I tried that once - it did not turn out as expected - wasn't alone either - highly embarassing

Ahhhh you see thats where one of the benefits of a long term partner comes in as it quickly goes from "Shit I really shouldn't it's terribly ban manners" to " Ahh bugger you, that'll teach you for pissing me and interupting me last night when I was trying to watch TV" - and if they've REALLY pissed you off and you want to make the point one can then of course revert to full on tactical pulling up of the covers as the awaken asking WTF ! as thats ALWAYS a sure way of starting the day off well with them ! :-)
