Many sites are blocked where I live in the gulf also. A programe can be purchased at www.onspead.com (http://www.onspead.com) for $49 It allows you to access any site through their site.

It also allows you to reduce picture quality to enable text to come in 10 times faster. You have a password and user name. You can install the software on any pc anywhere you happen to be in the world and enter your user name and password to start up. its registered to you not the pc.

I had the hotel find a way for me to access this site which was fairly simple and only required a new program.

What program is that?

Am carrying my own notebook using wireless, was blocked in Bangkok, and now being blocked from hotel room in Pattaya.

Now using a proxy server found on google, with address kept in favorites, no problem at all, and no slowdown.

GayThailand was certainly blocked but today I can get access.

I have been using proxies but legallyblind can be painfully slow. Im wonder which one 'blazer' has?

I shopped around for a speedier one and found http://www.v3proxy.com/index.php?q=uggc ... 1111111001 (http://www.v3proxy.com/index.php?q=uggc%3A%2F%2Fjjj.fnjngqrr-tnl-gunvynaq.pbz&hl=1111111001) which seems very fast but soes not let me log in. So it's good for reader only.

Several friends tell me that they use the site much less if at all since the block. I wonder if ES has any info on useage.

I've always used UltraSurf, which was ES's original suggestion, without any problems
