Latest time to buy beer

Am I right in thinking that 7-11 stop selling beer at midnight? I always like to have a few cans in the fridge - takes the bare look off it.

Yes. 7-Eleven and similar shops have alcohol sales times are 11-14 and 17-24. However in the mom-and-pop shops you can buy alcohol all around the clock.
