Hello Sawatdee Friends,
Looked today for KLM's homepage website for Thailand...and their Special Offers Page:

Noted that there are Special Fares from Bangkok to Vietnam (on Air France which now owns KLM)
7,000 baht plus taxes brings total cost to 8,500 baht + the Thai departure tax of 500 baht for a total cost to you of 9,000 baht to fly from Bangkok to either Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon) or Hanoi.
I tried various dates and the fare is easily available. The website software helps you pick the lowest fare dates for your trip.
Also see the Bangkok to Taipei, Taiwan KLM airfare of 7,000 baht ..again a bargain! Flown on KLM each day.
Both KLM and Air France earns you frequent flyer miles on Northwest Airlines...and are members of the Skyteam Alliance.
I plan to take my bf to visit Taipei in late October during his university semester break. KLM here we come!
