I became curious about those little green squares under our names, moved my cursor to them, and found the following labels which are offered now to you with absolutely no comment. Ran out of energy quickly so if yours is not here, have a look. It might be amusing.

Congratulations! You found system of "reputation" here. It been installed here 1.5 years ago when I'v been requested to make "likes" here.

Green squares are "meter" for it. Is shows graphically how many likes got member, also there is small influence from number of posts and from time spended on the forum.

Robot. Programmers made descriptions for different ranges of "reputation". It has about 16 descriptions, one per range: for 0-100, for 100-500 and so on...

Here are 1200+ members, do you think I have time to check and post description for each and to change it with "reputation" growing from time to time? :)
