I know I'm not the only one here on regular medication. At the moment, I take 5 tablets a day, and 2 inhalers. Because of my insomnia (discussed in another thread) I often don't have a sense of what time it is. Is it 8.30 in the evening, or in the morning?

Allied to this is, of course, my drinking - which needs no discussion here.


So how do you keep track of your meds:

My meds are lined up in a row, when I take one I move it to the other side of the cabinet.

Thanks Moses, but that looks like a lot of work, and I wouldn't be able to post on the board so much, Then where would we be?
