I would suggest to Mickp that he considers reconstructive surgery.
He has been and is still doomed to suffer from the exceptional good looks that nature has (obviously ) given him which makes him a target for rape.
Luckily, Thailand is the ideal location for safe and affordable plastic surgery.
He should delay his return home and get it done now to avoid further trauma.
