Omelette with feta cheese

I just woke up after a nap and had an omelette with feta cheese. Who knew? Basically I couldn't be arsed going to the shop. Moses, maybe we can have a recipes forum? I know there's one on another forum, but who wants to go buy quinoa at 4 in the morning?

I made this excellent spicy pork goulash tonight. Loads of peppers (bell, banana, and small Thai chilli), lots of garlic, potatoes, smlowly cooked in a nice broth, served over steamed rice. Was excellent.

How long did that take? I'm talking about 5 minutes cooking time.

I don't know, about an hour I'd say.

Matt, you obviously enjoy cooking. I hate it. If I could be fed by IV, that would be great. If I have to cook, if it's not ready in 15 minutes, I'm not interested.
