Not been there yet, but have considered it.

Beware of some Vietnamese websites which make Phu Quoc look amazing by posting a few pictures of waterfalls & so on which are actually to be found in OTHER SE Asian countries.

So it that pronouced how it looks i.e Phs COCK ? And if so as it's main town is called Duong DONG anywhere with a Cock and a Dong in the title I really should think of visiting perhaps !? ;)

Relax, NIrish. It's not all cocks and dongs here in Vietnam. Quoc is pronounced more like Wok and Dong is sounded like Dome. But given your charm and good looks, I'm sure you would have no trouble finding suitable entertainment on Phu Quoc island.
