From what I know this island is not a party/crazy place but is a destination for diving etc.
No, the Burmese can relax.
Consequences are dished out very fairly down there.
I think this time maybe a Sea-Gypsy or two will be honoured.

After the stitch-up of those two Burmese boys, I doubt that any of them will feel safe. It is alleged that quasi-mafia family runs the island; any non-Thai national is at risk.
