Royal House is still in the same place. On my last visit last week there were three boys. One never looked up from his mobile and the other two didn't appeal. When I walked away one of them chased me down the Soi, grabbed my arm and said "sex, sex". It's a long time since I actually had a massage there so I don't know if a Foamy one is available.

There's Boyz in Boys Town who use the rooms at the Ambience Hotel and Copa on the opposite side of the Soi. There are others as well.

Blue House is the only option for foamy massage in Pattaya, to the best of my knowledge.
I have never heard mention of it anywhere else.

Since their refurbishment, Blue House is a bit less inviting. A closed door, never anyone outside.
Has anyone been recently? Is it worth a look inside?

I was here in March. As you said, closed door, no one out front. Only 3 boys there and they were just the big muscle type.

I was there in June. Only twinks. Not a great choice, but massage and sex was ok

I visited regularly during June and I wouldn’t describe many of the guys I saw as genuine twinks. There’s a culture of working out among the guys who use a local gym. The facilities are good and clean with en-suite showers in the rooms. I enjoyed my visits but, as always, it depends on finding the right guy.


For real twinks Relax@Me just around the corner had several cuties but the facilities are getting tatty and the separate shower was a bit grim.

For some reason the "full body massage" style like nuru or foamy massage seems more attractive to men who fancy women compared to men that fancy men.

Could it be that the fact that the (female) masseuse has tits makes the full body massage more exciting for the recipient where a woman is doing it, tits slapping against your body, etc?

Or perhaps for reasons of historical accident foamy message just never took off amongst the gay massage places?

I certainly think a market for a gay massage specialising in it exists in Bangkok, where there doesn't seem to be one at present (although I think some places in Bangkok - Princes? Hero? offer a massage or scrub in a jacuzzi, which would be something similar I suppose)

This type of massage is very popular in Japan, but only for straight guys. The massage places are called 'soap land" and can be found everywhere.

Unfortunately, I've never seen anything like it in Japan for gays.

I would love to try it! I think there would be an opening (!) for something like that in Bangkok - something different for a change.

But it seems to me that Thais are not all that inventive when it comes to business; they prefer to stick to the tried and true.

Could it be a health and safety issue? I've never had one of these massages, but if it's all soapy and sudsy on a wet plastic mattress on the floor, could it be especially slippery and dangerous for the infirm? Is it like tantric massage where both participants need to be relatively fit and of the same height and build for it to work as it involves mutual participation? At least that's what I think tantric massage is.

When I stay in Baan Dok Mai, I usually have a room with view of Royal House. From midday on, there are between one and three boys outside.

From having massage there years ago, I remember much larger selection inside.
