This is fantastic. A three part documentary about London's Mandarin Oriental Hotel. You'll love the staff, especially the totally fantastic bearded French concierge who has a masters in sneering.

Fuck he's SUCH a twat ! If I was one of his co workers and he spoke to me in that high handed arrogant french tone the way he speaks to some of his other co workers I think for sure he'd end up with one very sore french jaw. Have the MOST WONDERFUL MAGNIFICENT DAY EVER - yes, only if you go out and get hit by a bus you twat ! :-)

Don't be ridiculous Latin. He's the head concierge in a top London 5 ***** hotel. He makes well over 6 figures a year in tips alone.

Lord..u must be totally hideous if people will only use u if u pay them....I've been many...many times to Paris and have never had to pay...well let me correct that(just in case a447 gets all technical on me) ..had to pay to enter the bar but that was it.

I doubt if there's a concierge at the pay-per-hour skanky 'guesthouse' where Latin feels most comfortable.

I thought Francois, the concierge, was quite a charming bloke.
