Does Nicola Sturgeon suffer from what's been dubbed Hillaphobia. That is whereby your own people simple don't like you and therefore won't vote for you. Named after Hillary Clinton it seems as though the erstwhile member for Glasgow Southside might have the same problem. As the SNP vote falls and with their dream of a second referendum disappearing, perhaps forever, questions are being increasingly being asked about the provinces first minister. Many Scots are also angered by the way she made Scotland look small after the Brexit vote, especially compared to her predecessor Alex Salmond who always talked big.

Your pre-occupation with Scottish independence has now developed into an obsession.

In the words of Ruth the Mooth (No Surrender, Crush the Saboteurs Party) that means you should just forget about Independence and concentrate the day job.

In your case, that of course means playing with yourself.

With Scottish independence finished after a resounding and humiliating thumbs down from the electorate it's clear that Sturgeon is a dead fish floundering. Salmond was defeated and with no genuine leaders to take over it's likely that the party will slowly but inexorably disappear and return to the minority crackpot arena they sprang from. Sturgeon's legacy and her 'reward' for the treacherous and childish behaviour she displayed after the Brexit vote.
