I was approached by a group of Filipinos back in 1982 to sponsor/host a "Christmas Music Festival." I was only 24 and willing to push the boundaries so needless to say I went along with the idea....

I laid out the boundaries (no this, no that, and so on and so forth). I helped with getting band equipment and a sound and lighting system and then pretty much left everything else alone...

Well, what I ended up with was a three day music, dance, and Bakla extravaganza! Even the Saudi security had no idea what to do with this....43044305430643074308

"Click Baiting..." What can I say?

Lets look at it this way....there were 7,000 men living in this camp of various ages and ethnicity....all there for the most part on 2 year contracts with only one trip home, which was at the end of their contract.

So for 3 days you had Ladyboys/Bakla entertainers along with other music acts and it was Christmas.....I am sure that there was more sex going on over those three days than anywhere else in the world! :yahoo_mini:

In my position I had a ready supply of Johnny Walker on a weekly basis along with hashish...and as Friday was our one day off we normally had parties on Thursday night!

Care for more? :))

You know latin, that is where you and I differ. They are all people just doing their best to get by. I learned my lesson very early during my time in Saudi when we had to cut staff by 150. These were Indians, Pakistani's, Sri Lankans, Bangladeshi's, and Filipinos. I remember the fear and dread. I remember the stories of how much it cost them to get these jobs, the stories of how they were depended on to support extended families, friends, and neighbors. I knew that all of them were returning to countries where most likely they would not find jobs....period.

It took some work, it took some Baksheesh and a whole lot of wheeling and dealing but I got all but 25 new jobs (and sadly, they all involved new contracts and another 2 years before they could go home). So then I picked the 25 who had been there the longest and were the oldest and or had family members working in Saudi and I terminated them.

Yeah, I had a few friends and we partied regularly....I didn't have a reputation for bribery or wheeling and dealing....in fact the nickname everyone in my department had for me was, "The Kid."

Its funny, all the big shots, all the wheeler dealers all took vacation and left country when this shit hit our department and they left me with the dirty work.

1982 was relatively soon after the Iranian Revolution and the fear which had begun to permeate all Islamic countries (including Malaysia and Indonesia) that they might be next. Given the influence of the extremist Wahhabi sect of Islam and its terrorist connections, allied to the presence of the Saudi religious police, do you think gay sex would be so easy in Saudi Arabia today?

It's always fascinating to read the first-hand accounts of those who lived through these momentous events and can still provide an objective view of what was going on and the various consequences. Thank you fountainhall

taor...u sound like a victim...there is a reason (and yes I know we r like miles off topic) why the Philippines is a pile of shit...its to do with the all pervasive corruption...its in their DNA...they seem to be unable to perform the simplest transaction without some sort of back hander.
I worked with over 150 in west africa, they all had some sort of parallel scheme going that involved either double invoicing or out right theft, all had local wives, all on the lookout on how they could get one over you. Born deceitful smile in your face liars.

Latin, in regards to the Philippines you are absolutely correct! Oh, and I ran into the corruption every trip I made there.

But a victim? Really? I refused early on to adapt to "the game." You see, in my department and in my area of responsibility we played by my rules. If you had a position of responsibility and you used that power to wheel and deal, and the Filipinos love to do that, you ended up getting demoted or fired. It really doesn't take much to figure out who the wannabe "big shots" are or as I called them "the bureaucrat Warlords"

Not a victim at all but rather a guy that always thought he could make a difference....

Fair enough. But am surprised you survived, in that toxic environment nice guys are usually left behind.

Oh, and I agree with your statement more than you do! :p I just have the benefit of being bigger than everyone else and more intimidating as I get pissed off real fast and show it real well.....

I could start a whole new thread on the Philippines.....and why you are better off staying in Thailand. Yeah, the Filipinos are handsome, and they can be good in bed, oh, they speak English well, but you will never have the fun you have in the Philippines that you will have in Thailand.

I recently met 2 Thai boys who worked in massage shops in Dubai and Katar respectively. They made good money there and were granted work visas without a problem.
The guy who worked in DubaI came home about halfway in his contracted time.
He said that the demand for special massage was too much to handle, so he quit but not without considerable difficulty and the payment of a sizable early termination fee.

he was probably used to massaging fat old limp dicked farangs in Pattaya...easily satisfied with a soft handjob....the arabs most probably expected him to bottom every single time...

The Dubai guy didn't go into detail but you're probably right. He is the bottom type.
The guy who worked in Katar spent the required time there and had no complaints. He looks more masculine than the other and I doubt if he would bottom.
But one never knows...

I can fully assure u that any arab visiting a male massage parlour/whore house will be a top and he's there to fuck and not to make love. Its how their society works, if u r a top gay activity is forgiven/over looked...but if u bottom u r lower than snake shit. No arab bottom will go to a Thai massage parlour to bottom...more likely he will have a foreign worker at home he can use.
So in my mind there is no doubt that any Thai MB masquerading as a masseur in Dubai is going to get fucked hard on a regular basis....so its only for true bottoms.
