Unwanted carriage returns..

For some reason, posts on this forum seem prone to spurious carriage returns. If I go back to edit what I've typed, a carriage return often appears when I hit submit that won't go away, even if I re-edit and hit backspace to delete it - irritating...

Sorry about that. My email works the same way. To edit this, simply go to where you don't want the line break and hit backspace and then space...once.

Except that doesn't always work - and the text can sometimes look fine in the editor, only to have the carri
age return magically insert itself when you hit submit..

Edit: Like that - after correcting my spelling of 'carriage'..
