Someone report Bangkok bars/massage places tonight open or what?

I was in Silom last night. All the bars on Soi 4 are open, but not playing music. (subdued). The rumor is that they will not be required to close, but I'm in Pattaya today so cannot further report.

Massage places open, was in Urban Male, business as usual. Gogos open, but miss the loud music...

Sunday all bars are supposed to be closed. It was the first time I heard the Royal Anthem of Thailand in a Gogo Bar, some of the boys were almost crying, very touching. Dream Boys were as usual, I think Monday everything should be regular again.

DJ Station's facebook page says it is closed 14th to 19th October. Sunday was the end of Buddhist Lent as well so Telephone Bar on Silom, Soi 4 said it would be closed but open again on Monday 17th.
