How'd You Feel Flying Commercial with a 26 yo Pilot and 19 yo Co-Pilot?

Earlier this week, 100 or more passengers flew from London's Gatwick Airport on the 3 hour trip to Malta on Easyjet. The pilot was a just qualified 26 yo woman and her co-pilot a recently qualified 19 yo. And I thought it was just policemen getting younger!
