The same principal holds sway in many other Asian countries as well - it's never a good idea to rock the boat, especially if you hail from the other side of the world..

And more and more Thailand is going to the bottom of the barrel. Guess with the resident dictator, Myanmar will soon overtake Thailand, if it hasn't already...

The finding guilty of human rights activist Andy Hall for defamation and violation of the Computer Crimes Act was lauded by the plaintiff, the president of Natural Fruit. After hearing the verdict, the president stated to the press that "No foreigner should think they have power above Thai sovereignty".
