Well just back form a quick four night jaunt to sin city and so here is my report.

The weather was cool and beautifully breezy, really quite autumnal and the Pattaya atmosphere was decidedly laid back. A little rain but nothing to worry about.

I ate at several places. The Glasshouse remains a superb destination and for a relaxing lunch at reasonable prices and sumptious surroundings there is no better place in Pattaya. The restaurant near the lighthouse also delivers wonderful food with a great view of Koh Larn and the passing super tankers. I went there with a friend and we had Thai chicken curry, papaya salad, shrimp fried rice, sweet and sour shrimp and deep fried mackerel. With a couple of bottles of water the bill was 660 baht. I also had dinner at both Deli Diner and Petite Planete and both delivered excellent food. highlight was (as usual) a seafood dinner in Bang Saray. The deep fried seabass was of a size that Captain Ahab could have hunted it, over a foot long and cost just 360 baht.

Gogo bars: In Sunee none of them were busy but Nice Boys had about 25 boys available the night I left. Two of my three offs were from there and Eros and both were fantastic, delivering handsomely on everything we had agreed in the bar and doing it with a pleasant personality knowing exactly how much money they were going to get at the end. I can't tell you lot this enough times.
Boystown was pleasant with enough customers to create a good atmosphere but not overly crowded so the whole place was in a good mood. 360 Bar is a welcome addition and I liked their quirky design, it's comfortable and they had a lot of boys although they were mostly twinks which are not my type but for some it's what they want. I was allowed to smoke, BBB is always vibrant and gets pretty busy for the show whatever time of year is is. The show I saw was the lip synch 'cabaret' which is so old and tired as to be worthy of a telegram from The Queen. Funny Boys had a nice selection and as always the management are friendly and welcoming. Castro remains a great place to sit and watch boys. My visit to x-Boys is on another thread.

So to sum up. Yet another absolutely fantastic trip to Pattaya and as soon as I've finished writing this I shall be booking my next trip.

I would like to know also when OP was there. Funny Boy closed for quite some time. The last time it was open the selection was awful and the management very poor. I have heard there are negotiations under way to change it into a beer bar.

As to 360 almost all the customers dislike the odd design inside but each to his own.
No mention of what many consider to be the best go go bar in town now namely Cupidol...nor is there mention of Toy Boys which is the favorite of a lot of customers....
Of course the OP may be confusing Funny Boys with Cupidol, as the latter is well run with often 25 + boys available..

As to the weather: well the last few weeks lots of very heavy rain....a few nights are clear....

Yes. My mistake. I meant Toy Boys. I have always got those two mixed up due to their similarity. I didn't go into Cupidol as it's only twinks on offer. I was there from Mon 12 to Fri 16. The weather was fine for the most part.

After reading posts about 360 Club in Boyztown finally checked it out. The seating is quite bad unless one gets front row seating which has the choicest seats. As for the boys, I saw few twinks (in my opinion) but no muscle boys either. The show had just started which was so-so or less. Toy Boys and Cupidol are the best so far. Will check out a few others tonight.

I like 360, beer 250bt, off fee 400 bt, pleasant staff. I enjoy Toy Boys, despite one unsuccessful attempt to shortchange me when paying for drinks. When I asked my favourite man how much short time was he started at 2500 bt and rapidly came down to 1000 bt without me saying a word. I gave him 1200 after a quick session in my hotel.

...if i confused funny boys with some other place...old ms righteous...a447 would have been all over me like a rash with accusations that i'd never set foot in Thailand let alone pattaya.

The reason is because you're younger whereby such oversights are simply unpardonable for anyone who stays sober in Pattaya.

You have form in this area over many years. Arsenal doesn't.

Your inconsistencies are legendary.

Shall I bring up the story about the time you allegedly had sex in the pool with a moneyboy at that 5 star hotel in Bangkok??

No?

Ok. I won't.

Lol

So you're suggesting that, in contrast, Arsenal is basically an old lush?

I suspected as much

:D

Fuck off Scottish. I am in the absolute prime of life, full of vigor and with all my own teeth and hair. Unlike your good self who spends his pension on vitamin supplements and Viagra. Haha.

Hey if I had a pension I'd be better off.

Was talking to ex-pat a few days ago who was delighted to tell me how he has lived in Thailand for several years but makes sure he gets his £300 UK Govt Winter Fuel Payment each year

More info as to what "stopped" means?

Surely you were not just perambulating along the pavement in an unsteady gait?
