Surprisingly enough, the good General has now weighed in by saying "we are studying the concept".
They are even siting "UN influence" in the move to rethink drug prohibition.

You'd think they'd start by giving up on these massive ganja seizures first...perhaps that might level off all the violent crime if they're stoned on weed instead of high on meth.
