Naks aka Blue Chilli in Sunee

Friend who has visited Phnom Penh has talked about Blue Chilli which had not impressed me,so when he talks about it, I turn off.
I was surprised to be asked in Pattaya,if I had visited Blue Chilli.
He had used the name Naks as well as Blue Chilli. but I thought he was still talking about Phnom Penh.
Recently another friend has returned and also mentioned Naks. He is always moving from bar to bar, so not sure what it is like.
Be interested in what it offers.

Blue Chilli is a beer bar in Sunee Plaza, Pattaya. I had a drink there once but cannot recall any details. Either the wine was good or bad or cheap or expensive. The staff were friendly.

I have been told the Chang beer is cold and the company good. My friends have indicated they also go to Volterra where the food is great and the beer and wine also cold. They do not drink red.

The beer and the wine may be cold but to describe the food as great would be an exaggeration to say the least.

Not to mention, horse piss probably tastes better than Chang beer.

Two points.
Chang Classic now quite popular with the boys. Tastes like Leo beer.
Mediocre closer to the truth than 'great' for Voltera. Voltera fair at best and much
better Italian restaurants abound in Pattaya.

And it's probably better for your health as well...
