Membership ranking

I notice that there are several levels of rank within the membership ranging from 'member' to 'senior member' to 'outstanding member.' I was wondering how these highly sought after titles are divvied out and how does one secure the much coveted promotion?

Ranks here are just standard names from vBulletine. I had no time to setup ranks from old forum yet. In general: that all is about quantity of member's posts.
