Safe use of condoms in Thailand

One man I went with recently used vaseline (!) on the condom. Lots of times I've had a massage and oil is everywhere and the masseur suggests a condom. I would want a shower to get rid of the oil and to start again. My impression is that more men in the sex industry use condoms compared with four years ago but it's still patchy. What do you all think?

I know a Thai moneyboy who is OK with not using a condom. But most insist on it. However I do think if you are willing to give them extra, many will agree to be fucked without condom. The risk for catching the virus is higher for the receiving party. Blowjobs I always do without condom. Never met a Thai guy who insists on a condom for blowjobs.
